Willow Oaks Country Club Wedding

We just love Missy and Matt’s Willow Oaks Country Club Wedding! They were so much fun to work with throughout their engagement portrait session and their wedding. This fun-loving couple was married on August 5, 2017, at Willow Oaks Country Club in Richmond, Virginia. The ceremony was held outside on the beautiful patio, followed by a reception indoors.

Their wedding coordinator was Naomi Meyer of Consulting by Naomi.  We have been working with Naomi for many years, and every one of her weddings goes off without a hitch. Her attention to detail really makes the day run smoothly for the bride, groom, and all of the vendors.

Both the guys and the girls had a great time getting ready together for the big day. The girls sipped on champagne while the guys enjoyed a little scotch. It was so fun to witness because everyone was so excited for Missy and Matt. Their love for each was so evident and their friends and family couldn’t wait to share this special day with them. Also, we cannot forget their dog Ben, who was there for every part of this day. He got ready with the girls and he even got to walk down the aisle. (You will see plenty pictures of Ben below!)

Flawless Beauty On Site was there to do the girls’ hair and BlushTones was there for the make-up. Both companies traveled from Virginia Beach for this wedding and did an incredible job. Missy’s dress was purchased at Annalise Bridal, while the guys were dressed by Men’s Warehouse.

By Invitation Only did the invitations. M. Henry Designs arranged the gorgeous flowers and the delicious and beautiful cake came from Incredible Edibles. Black Tie Entertainment kept the guests dancing all night, while Ginger Topham captured the entire day on video.

Overall, it was the perfect day for this beautiful couple. We can’t wait to document the next chapter in their family’s history.
