VanTuyle Portrait Session

Capturing moments that last a lifetime is the heart of what we do at Hayes and Fisk Photography. Every session is not just about taking pictures; it's about creating memories that families can cherish for generations to come. When Jessica reached out to us again, we were thrilled to photograph her children, Hollyn and Jac, again.

We had the pleasure of photographing Hollyn back in 2020, capturing her passion for soccer in beautiful black-and-white portraits. This time, Jessica wanted to include Jac, who hadn't participated in the previous session. We enjoyed talking to him about cameras, lenses, and photography while creating a series of three images of him showing his love for tennis. His three image panel matched the one of his sister we did in 2020.

Starting with both Jac and Hollyn, it was a special moment for Jessica, who hadn't had the chance to capture her children together since they were little. Opting for a classic black and white theme, we knew these portraits would stand the test of time, whether displayed side by side or as individual pieces.

Hollyn rocked a chic grey sweater over a black shirt, exuding confidence and maturity well beyond her 15 years. We couldn't resist snapping a few shots of her and Jac together, capturing their strong sibling bond.

As for Jac, he had a certain ease being in front of the camera. We worked together to capture shots that showcased his love for tennis and photography.

As we enjoyed capturing the laughter and shared moments between siblings, we couldn't help but notice the tears in Jessica's eyes. It was a reminder of how quickly time passes and how precious these moments with her children truly are.

The resulting images are more than just photographs; they're a snapshot of this moment in time, frozen forever for Jessica to cherish. And as we wait for Jac and Hollyn's senior portraits in the future, we're reminded once again of the power of photography to capture the essence of family. At Hayes and Fisk Photography, it's not just about taking pictures—it's about creating memories that last a lifetime.
